Import List dialog box

  1. Select a SharePoint or database connection from which to import a list of existing values from an ODBC-compliant data source

New - creates a new SharePoint or ODBC connection. A connection specifies the datasource location and provides credentials, if necessary.

Edit - allows you to edit an existing connection to update credentials or the path to the datasource.

Delete - removes the connection that is no longer needed.

  1. Select Next.

  2. Select the database table or SharePoint list from which you will import values.

  3. Select the datasource column that will be used to populate the Value field and select the datasource column that will be used to populate the Description field.

  4. Click Import.
