The Batch Status window

The Batch Statuswindow provides information on batches that you are preparing for output from the software.

The Control Menuon this windowprovides these commands:

Show log - opens a Notepad window and displays the output log.

Clear log - deletes all the entries in the output log. A confirmation box will be displayed to verify your choice.

About - opens theAbout dialog box, which has a command for viewing all the files in the software.

Exit - opens the Shutdown Options dialog box, which containscommands for exiting the software. Output processing is performed in the background and independently of the software. If your close the software, output can continue or you can terminate output processing as well. You will therefore be prompted whether to continue output processing, when you close the software.

TheBatch Status windowprovides the following information on each batch that has been outputted or is being outputted:Job Name, Batch Name, Submit Time, Status, Progress,andDescription.
