Frame settings

Specify how your pictures are displayed.

1. Select a frame from the drop-down list at the top of the Home screen.

2. Click the Frame settings tab. Under Display, make your choices.

Display mode—Specify how pictures are displayed on the frame:

Single picture (default)—play pictures one at a time.

Collage—play a revolving five-picture slide show.

How to show your pictures—Specify how pictures fill or fit the screen during Single picture display:

Fill screen (default)—the picture fills the whole screen; some of the picture may be cut off (cropped).

Show entire picture—shows the whole picture without cropping; black borders may appear around the image. Not available in Collage view.

Picture display duration—Specify how long each picture is displayed and the type of transition:

3 seconds (wipe), 10 seconds (fade) (default), 10 seconds (zoom and pan), 30 seconds (fade), 30 minutes (fade).

Smart—displays new pictures for 3 seconds, then gradually extends the duration to 30 minutes. details

Always display notification when this frame receives new pictures—Specify whether or not you want to be notified when new pictures arrive on the frame:

(default)—when selected, a message appears on the frame whenever new pictures are added to the frame.

—when cleared, pictures may still be added to the frame but no message appears.

Always display picture information—When playing pictures on the frame, you can also display the available picture information (for example: picture title or who added the picture to the frame):

—select to always display picture information with the picture.

(default)—clear to never display picture information with the picture.

Note: You can temporarily display the picture information by touching the information button on the PULSE Digital Frame screen.

3. When you have made all your changes, click Save.

Note:

To return all settings to the defaults (the options that were active before you made changes), click Factory defaults.
