Opening and closing a job setup

You do not need to open or close job setups in the software.  

Instead, open a batchA collection of documents or images that are uniquely indexed. A job setup can contain several batches, each up to 999999999 documents. Processing a batch means converting the batch to a specific output format (e.g., single-page TIFF, PDF, LaserFiche) and sending it to a batch destination folder/subdirectory. Batches can be processed one by one or together. from your job setup in the Batch Manager and work in that batch. When you are finished, you can open a different batch (from the same job setup or a different job setup).  All your changes in the current batch are automatically saved.
