Accessing a job setup
To access a job setup and make changes:

Click File>Job Setup. The Job Setup dialog box will be displayed.

Select a job setup from the Job Name drop-down list. The settings for the job setup will be displayed in the Job Setup dialog box.
Use the Index
tab to index fields at the batchA collection of documents or images that are uniquely indexed. A job setup can contain several batches, each up to 999999999 documents. Processing a batch means converting the batch to a specific output format (e.g., single-page TIFF, PDF, LaserFiche) and sending it to a batch destination folder/subdirectory. Batches can be processed one by one or together. and
document levels.
Use the Output tab to set the Batch Output Format for the job setup.
Use the Capture tab to make or change:

When finished making your settings, click OK and exit the Job Setup dialog box. The changes to your job setup are now saved.
