Changing a batch index field

To change a batch index field or alter information in a field:

Select File>Job Setup. The Job Setup dialog box will be displayed.
Select a job from the Job Name drop-down list and open the Index tab.
Open the Batch tab. A field will be displayed containing an entry and value, if one exists, for each index field defined during job setup.
Select a batch index and click Edit. The Batch Edit Index Field dialog box will be displayed.
Change any information in the fields as required.
Click OK to save your settings and close the dialog box. The Job Setup dialog box will be displayed.
Click OK to save and close the Job Setup dialog box. The batch index is now changed.
