Adding a batch index field

To add a batch index field:

  1. Select File>Job Setup. The Job Setup dialog box will be displayed.

  2. Select a job from the Job Name drop-down list and open the Index tab.

  3. Open the Batch tab.

  4. Click Add. The Batch Add Index Field dialog box will be displayed.

  5. Complete the information in the dialog box and click OK to save it and exit the dialog box. The new batch index information appears on the table in the Batch tab.

  6. Click OK to save and exit the Job Setup dialog box. The new batch index is now saved.
