Count code separation setting

The count code separation setting under the Capture tab on the Job Setup dialog box allows you to set up the software to count the number of documents in a batchClosedA collection of documents or images that are uniquely indexed. A job setup can contain several batches, each up to 999999999 documents. Processing a batch means converting the batch to a specific output format (e.g., single-page TIFF, PDF, LaserFiche) and sending it to a batch destination folder/subdirectory. Batches can be processed one by one or together., or pages in a document, and separate them according to the limits you set.  Choose Batch Level and/or Document Level.

Underthe Batch Level option -  

  • Every: click this checkbox, then enter the number of documents in the batch before separation.

Underthe Document Level option-

  • Every: click this checkbox, then enter the number of pages in the document before separation.

OK - closes the dialog box. You can now scan images and have the software count and separate them by batch or document.
