Default Value Setup dialog box

Use this box to create or revise a formula for the default value of the index field.

A set of predefined values (click to select one) will be displayed on the left side of the box.  The Default Value Formula (if any) will be displayed on the right side of the box.

Add Item - adds a selected predefined value to the Default Value Formula.

Delete Item - removes the last predefined value that was added to the Default Value Formula

Delete Formula- removes the entire Default Value Formula.

OK - closes the dialog box and returns to the appropriate index field setup dialog box.  The revised formula will be populated into the Default Value text box.
