Standard Setup dialog box

Use this box to add or delete values to the formula.

Predefined values - select a predefined value from the Values list to be added to the Text Formula.

Text formula - The formula currently in use.

Add item - click to add the selected predefined value to the Text Formula.

Delete item - click to remove the last predefined value from the Text Formula.

Delete formula - click to remove the Text Formula.

Add leading zeros - adds a set of zeroes to the left end of the formula.

Number length - enter the maximum number length.

OK - closes the dialog box.  Your formula is now changed.
