Scan Image dialog box

Use this box to scan an imageClosedThe scanner converts sides to images. Every image belongs to a document with a unique document number. The software gives every image a sequential number inside its document. One document can contain up to 999999999 images. The software distinguishes between an image coming from the front or rear side of a page. This allows the software to perform side-specific processing (e.g., deletion of blank/rear sides) where appropriate. The software also distinguishes between color, grayscale, and black and white images and can perform color/grayscale versus black and white specific processing. Example: Document 250 contains two double-sided pages and produces an electronic document number 250, which contains four images (1-4). containing bar codes or text into the Bar Code, OCRClosed(Optical Character Recognition) - the process of recognizing printed characters by a software application.  or Mark Detection window.

Image name - enter the name of the image being scanned.

Start Scan - start scanning the image containing the bar code, OCR or Mark Detection text.

Stop - stop scanning the image.

 

OK - closes the dialog box.  Your image is now scanned and saved.
