Before a bar code image can be used as a separator, the user must define it as a bar code zone in the Capture tab of the Job Setup dialog box. from an image, the software automatically checks your zone to verify that it is readable. However, if you edit the bar code zone or change its properties later, it may no longer be readable. You can manually test your bar code zones to verify that the software can still read them.
