Languages supported by OCR Indexing

This option is not available with Capture Pro Limited Edition.

The software supports a wide range of languages for OCR(Optical Character Recognition) - the process of recognizing printed characters by a software application. indexing.  To view a list of these languages:

1. Select File>Job Setup. The Job Setup dialog box will be displayed.

2. Select a job setup from the Job Name drop-down list and open the Capture tab.

3. Select Separation>By OCR Zones setting. The OCR window will be displayed.

4. Click on any OCR zone and click Zone Properties. The OCR Zone Setup dialog box will be displayed.

5. View the available languages on the Language drop-down list.
