Changing OCR zone properties

This option is not available with Capture Pro Limited Edition.

To edit or change an existing OCR zone:

Select File>Job Setup. The Job Setup dialog box will be displayed.
Select a job name from the Job Name drop-down list and open the Capture tab.
Select Separation>By OCR Zones setting. The OCR window will be displayed.
Click on the OCR zone that you want to change, or click on the OCR zone name in the list on the left side of the OCR window.
Click Zone Properties or right-click and select Zone Properties. The OCR Zone Setup dialog box for that zone will be displayed.
After you change your settings, click OK to close the dialog box and return to the OCR window.
Click OK to save your settings and exit the Job Setup dialog box.
After editing a OCR zone, test the OCR zone to verify that it is still readable. For information on testing OCR zones, click here.
